What started as an idea in high school in early 2016, Hwolf became concept idea during the covid lockdown. It was until early morning, Hunter was in a morning college class when the idea of doing a ghost walk came to mind. The ghost walk took place in Santa Ana, Ca. After the ghost walk ended, Sam and Hunter both looked at each other said, “We need to start a ghost crew!”

Hwolf Ghost Crew broke ground in December of 2020 and made its debut at The Whaley House in San Diego, California.

Hunter partnered up with Haunted OC. An Orange County and Los Angeles County Ghost walk company. Haunted OC is credited for helping Hwolf become featured in local magazines, online articles, and major social media platforms during its original roots in Orange, California in 2020.

Hunter traveled and toured across northern and southern California vlogging ghost walks for over 2 years until October of 2022.

Hunter took on the role of taking Hwolf and make it into a reality. Hunter designed the logo, t-shirts and wears all the hats of what makes Hwolf Ghost Crew possible.

In December of 2022- Hunter made the decision to move Hwolf Ghost Crew to Columbus, Indiana for its permanent new home. Hunter transitioned Hwolf from a ghost walk vlog into a professional paranormal Investigation crew.

Hunter’s first tour Titled, “HWolf Is Born Tour” debut at Indiana State Sanatorium as the first paranormal investigation Hwolf started In March 2023. Through the next 3 years, Hwolf became global and one of the most well known ghost crews in the world.

In 2024, Hunter created Hwolf Music Studios. Hwolf would also become known as a music studio and label for various upcoming new artist. Hunter writes and cowrites all the lyrics for every song the studio and the artist make.

Everything created and the magic behind Hwolf Ghost Crew is all the hard work from Hunter Felde but also sharing the credit to Sam Gessler with creating Hwolf Ghost Crew and all the Hwolf Crew Members that help make Hwolf what it is today.

What started as a small ghost walk in California became one of the biggest ghost crews in the US and the world.

Through self training, Hunter is known to solo investigating professionally and has a rep of being the bravest when it comes to solo ghost hunts. The start of Hunters career, Hunter did most of his investigating solo. At the time, the crew was super small.
